We know you will be happy with your purchase because we hand select every bag to ensure the Highest quality. We understand every customer is unique and therefore may have special needs.
Customer care is our number one priority. Slight variations in appearance do not constitute as an incorrect order. We have attempted to recreate the appearance of our merchandise on the website as close to reality as possible. Keep in mind that different computer monitors, it's age and settings may show products differently in terms of color and detail.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase contact me immediately and we will instruct you where to return your bag(s).
You must return your bag(s) new and unused, with all the wrapping intact and gift(s), within 5 days of receipt of your bag(s)

Exchanges
All exchanges are subject to a $35 reshipping fee
You must send your returned package via courier at your expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for exchanges and refunds

Refunds and Exchanges
We will refund of your purchase price excluding the original $35 shipping charge. There is an $20 restocking fee for each item returned. You must send your returned package via courier at your expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a refund to be issued. Refunds issued may take up to 7 business days after the receipt of goods.

Include in your mail:
· The Credit Card transaction number of your purchase order, if applicable.
· Your full name and the date the order was placed and received.
· A list of the item(s) to be exchanged or refunded.
· The reason why your purchase is being returned.

If the item is recieved damaged or items received in error; We need to be informed within 24 hours, otherwise it is assumed the item arrived corrected and in good condition.
Used bags cannot be credited back.
We also provide other solutions such as a discount or credit on the next order.

You must inform us within 3 business days after you have received the package
We will instruct you as to how to return the Handbags for exchange.

Please include the following information in your email :

· Date you ordered your handbags
· The tracking number of your order
